EXTRA, EXTRA 2.0 – The UFM News Wire (RSS)

The Internet is big. To misquote English science fiction novelist , Douglas Adams, “You just won’t believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it’s a long way down the road to the chemist’s, but that’s just peanuts to [The Internet].” Of course, Adams was speaking of the vastness of space, but the point applies to the Internet as well. Estimates are that anywhere between 150,000 and 200,000 new blogs are created EACH DAY. So it is very easy to become inundated with information.

But the team at United for Missouri wants to make it easier for you stay on top of the daily blitz of expanding news sources and blogs. We’ve created our own “News Wire” from articles and blogs we discover in our daily search. This will give visitors to United for Missouri a one-stop-shop for political news relevant to Missouri citizens. Users also can subscribe via RSS and have the daily rundown of links sent to their favorite email client (like Microsoft Outlook).
