Dangerous Direct Democracy or Essential Component to maintaining our Republic?

We’ve been talking a lot about the Citizens’ ballot initiative in the wake of both good and bad Missouri initiatives – but we’re about to take this conversation off line and give you a chance to hear from some experts and get involved in the discussion.

United for Missouri’s Future is hosting an educational panel discussion about what exactly a ballot initiative is, what it does, and whether or not it’s a useful tool for Missouri voters.

Panelists will speak briefly, and then we’ll open the floor for questions from the audience. If you can’t make it to Chesterfield, we’re going to be live-streaming the discussion, and you’ll have the ability to ask questions online to our panelists as well.
